Swap Your Unhealthy Breakfast Choices

Don't overwhelm yourself by looking at the overall picture. Start small! For example, if you are usually in a rush in the mornings, start by grabbing a banana on your way out. You can eat your banana driving to work or school and it just takes 3 seconds to do each morning.

This will get you started to building a healthier habit around your breakfast choices. I started with a banana on my way to work and it helped tremendiously! My body starting getting used to eating fruit in the morning that I actually started to crave other fruits later on.

Now, I eat apples, bananas, dragon fruit, peaches, and even plums! I still don't have the time to whip up an extravagant breakfast due to my busy mornings. However, swapping out my unhealthy choices to healthier options has given me more energy throughout my day.

What helped me in the beginning was also being able to see the fruit every morning! I'm a visual person so having the fruit bowl on my kitchen island was a huge helper!

We all live busy lives but making small changes like these can really make a difference in the long run. Our health is so important, let's start taking better care of it.
