I am a mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend... and after I had my daughter, I decided it was time to change my habits. I realized that I wasn't taking care of myself which was affecting how I was taking care of my daughter and all the relationships in my life. I want to share my journey with you because as a mom I can see how we can get lost in focusing on taking care of others and putting ourselves last. I believe that taking care of ourselves first is not selfish but a requirement to be able to give as much love, energy that we can to our loved ones.
